Motion Graphics Designer (JHB)

GAAP Point of Sale is recruiting a Motion Graphics Designer. The position is based at our offices in Midrand, Johannesburg. The successful applicant will be reporting to the Menu Boards Product Manager or their nominees at GAAP, where applicable.

Job Specification:

  • Thorough understanding and execution of Motion Graphics utilising Adobe CC applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Editing of images using Photoshop.
  • Interpret briefs from concept to design.
  • Testing of Hardware and Software for the Menu Board Product.

Setup Technician (JHB)

GAAP Point of Sale is recruiting a Setup Technician. The position is based at our offices in Midrand, Johannesburg and the successful applicant will be reporting to the Senior Support Specialist or their nominees at GAAP where applicable.

Job Specification:

  • Proficiently and safely operate and set up the equipment within the department.
  • Effectively utilize skills to set-up/change over pieces of equipment in the Crimped, low impact drilling, cutting & Knot departments at a self-sufficient level and within an acceptable time frame, installing correct tooling, setting up GDT with correct component parts.
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition. Waste Elimination and Housekeeping.
  • Take the necessary action to keep on time delivery of setups at 90%-95%.
  • Work as a team to support our departmental and corporate goals to meet our customer expectations.

Job Specification

  • Carry out skilled DIY & general maintenance work involved in all aspects of onsite building maintenance, both internal and external.
