New Reports Added

Hourly Activity Report – This report allows you to analyze your business on an hourly basis, and will be especially useful for those users operating in the quick service environment.

This report can be viewed per day, or per average weekday. It shows tables arriving and leaving, as well as a projection of seated patrons at the end of each hour. Voids per hour helps determine if errors and corrections are happening at busiest trade times or not, and bill prints per hour help indicate any POS terminal choke points.

In our constant effort to limit downtime and improve support, we have a backup to our Telkom call centre line, which is 083 401 3604. If you are ever battling to get through to the Telkom Line please try the new cell number. Both our 086 100 4227 and the new cell number are now active so feel free to let your staff know of the new additional cell number.

GAAP becomes a proud Ultisales 5 partner

GAAP has seen a growing demand for a quality retail package for the small to medium sized business in the retail sector. We have taken on the selling, installation and support of Ultisales 5, a retail sister company in the UCS group, in all our coastal regions. We currently have about 15 sites live on the retail package in KZN. Backed by the same level of quality service our hospitality clients have come to rely on, our retail footprint is growing from strength to strength. Outlets such as bottle stores, clothing stores, small hardware stores, pet shops and small convenience stores are all perfectly suited to this product.

Eatfresh Group

We are proud to be the official approved POS supplier to the ever-growing Eatfresh Group. Eatfresh caters for the food and beverage requirements at many prominent businesses across the country. You can find their canteens in the office parks of Nedbank, ABI, Discovery and others. This sector of the Food and Beverage market has some specific needs that GAAP now caters for – examples include employee accounts with account limits if required, run by swipe card or fingerprint recognition – also with photo to assist cashiers and stock transfers to satellite outlets or vending machines. Of course all the benefits of our web application for remote reporting and menu changes are also in use for this type of group.
